Chemistry Bench Refund Policy

Chemistry Bench offers a fair, impersonal, and legitimate Refund Policy.
Upon enrolling in a course/ curriculum/ one-on-one or group class with Chemistry Bench, you automatically enter into a legal agreement under common law, in which you agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by us.

Please note, we’re not responsible or liable for the changes in your decisions or circumstances whilst enrolling in our courses or programs.

Students and Parents are requested to profoundly discuss the specific needs or requirements expected out of our courses or programs with the Chemistry Bench Team or Tutors before enrolling. Further by enrolling your ward at the Company (Chemistry Bench) and by paying the requisite fees, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read & understood our TnC and Privacy Policies.

If you (student or parent) wishes to cancel or change their enrolment status with Chemistry Bench on an acceptable note, then we shall allow a complete or partial refund option. Possible factors associated with the acceptable note:

• Dissatisfaction with services offered (does not merely meet the expectations put forth before enrolling in a course or program)
• Mistakenly enrolled in a wrong course or curriculum (must be backed by proper justification & proof)
• Exams are being cancelled by the respective authorities or entities (would allow a partial refund)
• Downgrade from one-on-one to group classes
