  • An individual is not allowed to create multiple user accounts. One individual should have only one user account. Failing to adhere to this condition may result in suspension of all the fraudulent accounts.

  • In the case of home tuition or tuition centres, we’re not responsible for your money and safety. We just help you find the right tutors.

  • We reserve the right to suspend your account any time without notice if we identify any suspicious or fraudulent activity. In these situations, we also reserve the right to add your name to our scammer list.

  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

  • Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be considered as a criminal offence.

  • We do not vet students for their credit history or payment record. It’s your responsibility to check their credentials and manage payments and refunds.

  • Your profile will be permanently banned if you share contact details unless specifically asked for the same.

  • You may not make any content item originating from Chemistry Bench available for public access by any means whatsoever without obtaining prior written permission from us.

  • We provide a variety of forums for its members to express themselves in the form of blogs, comments, reviews and photographs. You truthfully assert that the content being contributed is yours and that you own the copyright to the content.

  •  By uploading the logo of your institute or tuition centre, you give Chemistry Bench the right to use the logo on our website as well as on any of our marketing material.

  • Though we allow the registration for Home Tuition Agencies & Organizations who are engaged in providing products or services similar to that of Chemistry Bench, sharing/utilizing any of our content for the benefit of yours is strictly prohibited. If there are any such activities, we reserve the right to terminate those accounts without any prior notice & without processing the refund of subscription associated to those accounts. We also reserve the right to initiate any legal proceedings if any ‘Home Tuition Agencies or Organizations’ contravenes the condition as stated above.

  • You are restricted to post text, messages, graphics or materials that are sales offers, advertisements, or promotions for other or third party products or services.

Benefits of being a Chemistry Bench Tutor:

  • You get student leads for your tuition centre or home tuition services.
  • Special preference is given to you in your city or district or locality.
  • No approval of registration of other tutors from the same regions of yours unlike ther academic or tutor directory sites. 
      
  • Chemistry Bench reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Hyperlinking to our Content
